Chicago's diverse economy thrives on a skilled workforce, yet a high school graduation rate of 85% doesn't translate to career readiness (U of Chicago, 2023). An XQ national survey reveals a critical gap – 93% agree that schools need to do more to equip students with the skills needed for success. This event addresses this challenge and presents a unique opportunity!

Corporations can partner with high schools to bridge this gap. By investing in student programming, companies can help build a robust talent pipeline equipped with essential 21st century skills. Together, both can empower students to secure fulfilling careers that will catalyze community impact and economic development.
